The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) works in partnership with 15 National Boards to implement the national regulatory scheme for health professionals. The purpose of health practitioner regulation is to protect the public by ensuring that only health practitioners who have the skills, qualifications and knowledge to provide safe care are registered.
This is a full time, fixed term (2 years) position, based in our Melbourne office working a hybrid arrangement.
The Property Projects Engagement Advisor will support the coordination of office fit outs and relocations (nationally), ensuring seamless project delivery aligned with lease transitions and facility upgrades. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, you will play a key role in delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
This role requires exceptional time management skills to support multiple projects occurring simultaneously, while keeping leadership informed on progress and deliverables. Working with a diverse range of stakeholders, including builders, accountants and senior management, you will bring professionalism, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster productive collaboration. The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter, capable of quick thinking, problem solving and thriving in dynamic environments.
As the ideal candidate, you will demonstrate:
- a relevant qualification and/or relevant combination of skills and experience within project management,
- demonstrated experience in a high level administrative and / or a project support role in a complex and high-volume environment,
- advanced organisation skills, including excellent time management and the ability to prioritise workload in response to time critical targets,
- excellent attention to detail and a high level of accountability,
- experience coordinating project activities, including procurement activities, and
- qualifications in, or an understanding of facilities management or construction, will be highly regarded.
