About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and driven Senior DevOps Engineer with hands-on Salesforce OmniStudio experience and a deep command of Salesforce DevOps practices. In this high-impact role, you'll be at the forefront of automation, CI/CD, and deployment strategy, helping to drive continuous delivery in a fast-paced, agile team environment.

You’ll play a key role in designing and executing seamless release pipelines, managing complex sandbox and production deployments, and championing DevOps best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.

You bring real-world experience with leading Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, or Flosum, and either hold — or are eager to obtain — a relevant Salesforce DevOps accreditation.

Key Accountabilities include:

DevOps Process Setup & Optimisation

  • Build and enhance end-to-end automated processes using deployment tools
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications
  • Automate deployment processes, version control, and rollback strategies to minimise downtime

Deployment & Sandbox Seeding

  • Execute sandbox seeding and data deployments to test features in lower environments
  • Ensure data integrity and security when moving data across environments
  • Develop scripts and automation tools to manage data migrations efficiently

Release & Incident Management

  • Manage and execute final releases to production, ensuring smooth rollouts
  • Develop rollback and restoration strategies for failed deployments
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to resolve deployment-related issues

 About you

You are a skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer with over 2 years of hands-on experience in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), release management, and automation within Salesforce environments. You bring solid exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, including work with OmniStudio.

Your technical toolkit includes deep familiarity with industry-standard Salesforce DevOps tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines, Salesforce CLI, Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions. You have a strong command of source control and branching strategies, particularly Git Flow and Bitbucket.

In addition to your DevOps expertise, you are adept at sandbox management, metadata deployments, and creating test data in various environments to support development and release cycles. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative settings where innovation and reliability go hand-in-hand.
