The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) works in partnership with 15 National Boards to implement the national regulatory scheme for health professionals. The purpose of health practitioner regulation is to protect the public by ensuring that only health practitioners who have the skills, qualifications and knowledge to provide safe care are registered.
This is a full time permanent position and can be located in Brisbane or Adelaide. We work a hybrid arrangement under the Flexible working policy.
About the role
As a Recruitment Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our national Recruitment Team and contributing to the delivery of our Talent Engagement and Attraction (TEA) plan. Your work will support the moments that matter across the employee lifecycle ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
You’ll provide hands-on support across the full recruitment process, including posting vacancies, coordinating interviews and assessment centres, managing pre-employment checks, drafting and issuing offer of employments; assisting with onboarding and corporate induction program. You’ll also lend a hand across the broader People Strategy and Reform function, gaining exposure to the full employee experience.

About you
You’re someone who brings care and clarity to communication, and you know how to build strong relationships. You are comfortable managing competing priorities, exercising sound judgment, and knowing when to seek support.
